I had a scheduled haircut and my husband was a walk in. The staff were friendly and professional. The salon is attractive and clean in appearance. My curly hair hair cut has turned out great, as has my husband's haircut (his is easier). My stylist Nadesha was great--responsive and thoughtful. I will say it's the first time that I've paid the same as my husband for a haircut ($43 each) but the results were excellent.

I don't understand why they bother to send all these text messages and emails to remind people of their appointments to make people wait to be served. I waited not 2 mins, not 5, not even 10 mins; I waited 30 full minutes before Samantha got her place ready for me. This is not the first time it happens to me. Nadesha had done the same before. They have no regards on people's time. Not even a call to let tou know they are running late. Unbelievable! Not sure I want to come back!

My hair was FRYED so bad. I have a real mess to deal with. I have had to go to a special hairdresser and he is working with my hair. The cut was horrid. But the over processing was the pits. You should know better.
