I think it is really unfortunate that the person who previously reviewed Mandi gave her such a poor review. I just started seeing Mandi recently. The first time I was long overdue for a cut, but Mandi was able to make sense out of the moppy head of hair that I walked in with. I like that she takes her time to understand what you want, and gave me a suggestion on how I could better care for my hair.

Cassie was amazing and my hair turned out beautiful! She really listened to what I wanted and gave me an beautiful new hairdo!! I also loved the shampoo room, so calming, they used warm towels on my head which was amazing. Will definitely be going back.

I have been to a couple different salons and thought I was satisfied with the outcome but after coming to Mandi I will say that I am truly satisfied with how my hair came out! I showed her what I wanted and she made it happen. She is very sweet and easy to talk to. There was never an awkward moment! The salon is very beautiful, clean, and welcoming! Highly recommended
I'm a regular customer of Heather's who consistently gives me great cuts. I think the quality of her cuts justifies the prices you charge for a mens cut.
My latest experience was subpar to say the least. I left feeling pretty disappointed with my haircut, and that feeling holds true today. I'm typically not one to complain, but I felt like all of the things I've come to expect from a higher-end salon, fell short. The cut was poorly blended with no shape or texture, and ended up being a lot shorter than what I thought I specified. Maybe I didn't effectively communicate what I was looking for, which is on me.

I haven't been able to find a salon/stylist I like since moving to Maine 3 years ago. I went to Olivia and she listened to what I wanted (I was kind of vague) and she gave me exactly what I was looking for! I wear my hair curly and straight and my hair now looks great both ways!
