Worst haircut I've ever had I had at your Saco location. Stylist did not know how to even cut bangs....she cut the off more like a hack job haircut

I am always pleased with the services Monique Dwyer provides me! She listens to my concerns and responds profesionally.
The room upstairs where color is applied is in need of some good cleaning and sprucing up. The cloth on the table is stained and the glass centerpiece is dusty and old looking. If this is where you expect clients to sit while waiting for the color, then I should think it would be more pleasing. Also improve the reading material.

Olivia was wonderful! I had a terrible color job done in Florida, but when I left Acapello you would never know there was ever a problem to begin with. My husband said the color ( a partial foil and glazing ) and haircut was the best I have had! Olivia was so good and knowledgeable about everything. Thanks again, Kathy
