Always blown away by the finished look ?

First time at Acapello. Karley was great and easy to talk to, which I found comforting as I am not an outwardly social person. I have curly hair and needed a good amount taken off and she did an amazing job. I am super happy with my new hair and plan to book more appointments in the future! Thanks Karley :)

My stylist was working on me and another women at the same time. When I came in I said I wanted to make sure we accentuate my red natural red tones. I picked out a swatch that was very warm red (beautiful!) what I came out with was almost purple hair in some lights! My stylist was so busy bouncing back between us that I felt very forgotten. I felt like I still have shampoo in my hair the wash was so rushed to get out to the other person. I normally wouldn’t be so nit picky but when you spend over 300.00 you want amazing service not just mediocre. On top of a horrible experience I was told my credit card was declined! I asked to run again as I know how much I had on the card. Again declined. Extremely embarrassed and honestly worried I handed over another card. When I left I checked my account ASAP to see why the card was declined to see I was charged THREE times! I called and was told I would be called right back. No call no text no email went to be sick to my stomach as I am currently not working and have several bills to pay!! I questioned why it looked so purple to be told it looks different in different lights. I was mortified very unhappy and just done so done I didn’t even notice I had hair dye ALL over my forehead and down the sides!!!! Of BOTH sides of my face!!!! I went out shipping for what little we could get after being over charged x3 and other things with absolutely no idea until my husband pointed it out! I told him I was so unhappy I honestly couldn’t stomach looking in a mirror or my bank account!

It was a long wait during the Pandemic. I had the blues for sure and was at my lowest point. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment with TALIA. She was my saving Grace! With her expertise, she was able to bring me back into the 20th century with a new look and a new outlook! Not to mention her great personality, her attention to detail - not only to my hair but because of Covid, she was ever mindful of the mask and the touching and the cleaning and disinfecting! phew! I felt safe the whole time I was there. I actually hated to leave the salon. Whereas before I got there I was so apprehensive! I can't wait for my next appt. Thank you Talia for bringing me back to life!

Sam was awesome! Very personable and gave me exactly what I asked for! My first time at this salon and I was thoroughly impressed. She now has a new client. ????
