Bad haircut on Friday morning March 1st. Usually I have a good experience at the salon. But I asked for my hair to be cut in layers framed around my face didn’t get any of that stylist cut my hair while it was dry and did a terrible job my bangs are crooked and I paid $53 of us and nobody has yet to respond to me. It would be nice if he would do the right thing and refund my money So I could get my hair re-cut the way that I wanted it. Although you value your stylus opinion you want done what you want done and I didn’t get any of that if somebody would like to respond that would be great if not I’ll have to take my business to somewhere elseMy name is Cynthia Scarpaci and you have a file with my phone number in it

Bad haircut. Went in at 9:15 to get layers and a trim with my bangs angled so I can curl it around my face. Didn’t get any of that got a haircut while my hair was dry my bangs are very crooked and there isn’t one layer in my hair if somebody would like to resolve this problem I would look forward to it getting fixed at no additional charge to me since I’ve already paid $43 for a cut and $10 for a tip.

Was very surprise/Shocked!!! To have to pay $10.00 for the Hot Tool (curling iron). Should have been told before she did it.For all of like 5 curls, for a little left. But do love the Salon & all the girls there, been going there for years,
